Oval pasta bowls are generously sized and do double duty and individual pasta bowls, but are also large enough to serve as small serving bowls for intimate dinners and side dishes. They not only stack, but nest nicely with the Oval Serving Bowls and Small Oval bowls. We love mixing the Earth glaze with the matte white Cloud glaze and the glossy while Milk glaze.
A modern, handmade take on traditional dinnerware… Inspired by vintage Belgian tableware, the Ovals collection is a modern, organic iteration that shows the hand of the maker.
Handmade from Moroccan clay, each piece of the Oval Collection is unique and handmade. Subtle asymmetry and color variations highlight each pieces handmade origins. Each piece is available in Cloud (matte white), Milk (gloss white) and Earth (matte natural clay) colorways.
Our ceramics are entirely handmade in a small atelier/factory located about 30 minutes outside of Marrakech. Crafted using a unique blend of black and white clays sourced from Spain, these specific clays are chosen for their strength, texture, and natural beauty.
Because every item is shaped and finished by hand, no two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle variations in form, glaze, and finish are not imperfections — they are the signature of true artisan work and a reminder that each piece is one of a kind.
The atelier is led by a Maâlem (master craftsman), who is also a ceramic teacher, passing down traditional skills while continuously refining his craft. Every piece reflects generations of knowledge, patience, and respect for handmade production.
